1. How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

It is recommended to have the temperature in your home set at 70-74 degrees Fahrenheit so that your carpet can dry in 4-6 hours.

3. Is New Again Carpet Cleaning Insured?

Yes, we carry General Liability and Workmen’s Compensation Coverage. If a New Again employee is hurt or your property is damaged our insurance covers these accidents.

2. Will you move my furniture?

We will move small items (coffee table, end table), we will not move large items such as entertainment centers or fragile items.

4. Are your employees allowed to accept tips?

Yes, they may accept tips but tips are not required. They are paid employees.
